  • 45–64 kg: 3 tablets
  • 26–44 kg: 2 tablets

Children under 15 kg:

Threadworms (Strongyloidiasis)

Adults and children weighing 15 kg or more:

• Dosage: 200 mcg/kg as a single dose
• Example dosages based on body weight:
  • 80 kg or more: 200 mcg/kg

  • 51–65 kg: 4 tablets
