Lenvat 10 (lenvatinib 10mg)

Lenvat 10mg, which contains lenvatinib, is a type of kinase inhibitor used to treat the following conditions:

1. Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC): used alone for patients with progressive, locally recurrent, or metastatic radioactive iodine-refractory DTC.

2. Renal Cell Cancer (RCC): used in combination with everolimus for patients with advanced RCC who have previously received one anti-angiogenic therapy.

 lenvatinib DOSAGE

• For Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC): The recommended dose is 24 mg taken orally once daily.

  For Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC): The recommended dose is 12 mg taken orally once daily for adults weighing over 60 kg, and 8 mg taken orally once daily for adults weighing less than 60 kg.

  It is important to follow the administration instructions provided by your healthcare provider. In patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment, the recommended dose is reduced to 14 mg once daily for DTC and 10 mg once daily for RCC. Dose modifications may also be necessary based on individual patient factors and tolerability.
