For patients with Renal Cell Cancer (RCC), the recommended dose is 18 mg of lenced plus 5 mg of everolimus, taken orally once daily. For patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), the recommended dose is 12 mg orally, once daily for adults weighing over 60 kg, and 8 mg orally, once daily for adults weighing less than 60 kg.
