Indications & Dosage

Crizonix (Crizotinib 250mg) is a generic kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors are anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) or ROS1-positive as detected by an FDA-approved test. 

Crizotinib DOSAGE 

1.Recommended Dose: 250 mg orally twice daily.

2.Moderate Hepatic Impairment: 200 mg orally twice daily.

3.Severe Hepatic Impairment: 250 mg orally once daily.

4.Severe Renal Impairment: 250 mg orally once daily.

    Xalkori drug medicine

    I would like to give a try Xalkori drug medicine for my father he has stage 4 lung cancer doctors pretty much could not provide no any treatmet they give him 2-3 months life expectancy, So I would like to try this Xalkori drug will it somewhat work to stop cure cancer in his lungs

      Generic XALKORI, but works the same

      Xalcori was our last hope. Beacon's generic cheap Crizotinib 250mg gives our family new hope. And it works. My gradpa was given 2 months to live after his routine hip replacement turned into - this man has stage 4 lung cancer.... He still alive...God bless our family.

        I has stage 4 lung cancer....Xalcori was our last hope....Fortunately my friend told me the online pharmacy and generic Crizotinib 250mg, it cheap but also workable . It saves my life. See, we poor people can not afford the brand one. The generic one gives us hope to live. You doing big things. God bless you.

          Really Affordable !!!

          While on the generic crizotinib(Xalkori) I gained the weight back, got my strength back, was able to eat again and was in better shape when I had to go on traditional chemotherapy. In my cases a true blessing. Really Affordable !!!

          Thanks a lot!!!

          I have been on Xalkori for 39 months for stage IV lung cancer. I have experienced a few side effects. I did have vision problems, some nausea and constipation at first. Now those are just about normal. I change to Beacon Crizotinib last year. Until now, everything is the same. Thanks Bonhoa Pharmacy.
