DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

The recommended dose is 100mg to be taken orally every 12 hours, with or without food. Patients should swallow the capsules whole with water and not break, open, or chew them. If patients experience any side effects, such as bleeding problems, infections, decrease in blood cell counts, heart rhythm problems, or shortness of breath, they should consult their healthcare provider immediately.

Acalabrutinib 100mg Side Effects：

Monthly blood tests should be done to monitor blood counts since a decrease in white blood cells, platelets, and red blood cells is common with Acalabrutinib treatment. Sun protection is advised when going outside since new cancers, including skin cancer, have happened during treatment with Acalabrutinib.

The most common side effects of Acalabrutinib are headache, muscle aches, diarrhea, bruising, tiredness, shortness of breath, and chest discomfort.
