Dasanat (Dasatinib) 50mg is the best generic kinase inhibitor from Natco indicated for the treatment of

1.newly diagnosed adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase.

2.adults with chronic, accelerated, or myeloid or lymphoid blast phase Ph+ CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy including imatinib.

3.adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy.

Dasatinib Dosage

1.Chronic phase CML in adults: 100 mg once daily.

2. Accelerated phase CML, myeloid or lymphoid blast phase CML, or Ph+ ALL in adults: 140 mg once daily.

3. Chronic phase CML and ALL in pediatrics: starting dose based on body weight.

4. Administer orally, with or without a meal. Do not crush, cut, or chew tablets

Dasatinib generic India

The side effects make using this generic Dasatinib kind of rough, major side effect (for me) is edema of the legs, feet, pleural cavity, etc. I've had a stem cell transplant so this drug shouldn't be critical (to me), others may choose to only keep ALL in remission by taking this drug, they can tell you how effective it is as a stand alone drug. Thanks a lot

I've been very happy with Indian Sprycel for more than 2 years now. However, it stopped production for 1 year. Now back again. Natco's is best generic dasatinb in India as my friend told me. Indian Sprycel is wonderful

I have been on Gleevec for 2 years, previously on the generic Sprycel for 9 months. I find the Indian Sprycel is wonderful, no side effects. Now 9 months since I have started.
