• You are above 75 years old and taking ketoconazole or itraconazole, antifungal drugs.
• You have a severe heart or liver condition.
• You are undergoing kidney dialysis.
• You have recently suffered from a stroke or heart attack.
• You have or have had low blood pressure.
• There is a family history of degenerative eye diseases, such as retinitis pigmentosa.
