Crizocent（Crizotinib 250mg)

Crizocent (Crizotinib）is also known as Bangladesh Generic (crizotinib）, is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors are anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) or ROS1-positive as detected by an FDA-approved test.

Crizocent is a generic prescription medicine from Incepta, which is one of the biggest pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh.

Crizotinib DOSAGE

1.Recommended Dose: 250 mg orally twice daily.

2.Renal Impairment: 250 mg orally once daily in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min) not requiring dialysis.

Crizotinib Side Effects:

vision problems. nausea

diarrhea

vomiting

swelling of your hands, feet, face, and eyes

constipation

decreased appetite

upper respiratory infection

dizziness

feeling of numbness or tingling in the extremities

It may cause decreased fertility in females and males. In females, this could affect your ability to become pregnant. In males, this could affect your ability to father a child. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have concerns about fertility
