Additionally, Olaparib 100mg is indicated for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer in adult patients with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA mutations (gBRCAm) and who have undergone three or more prior cycles of chemotherapy. Selection of patients for therapy should be based on an FDA-approved companion diagnostic.

Notify your healthcare provider of any new or worsening lung-related symptoms, and they may perform a chest x-ray. If pneumonitis develops, your healthcare provider may temporarily or permanently discontinue Olaparib treatment, as it can be deadly.
